Andrew Neita –
Director of Operations

Andrew is a highly accomplished professional in the construction industry, boasting expertise across project management, pre-construction, luxury residential, and commercial properties. Since graduating from the University of the District of Columbia in 1990, he has consistently excelled in the field, contributing to diverse projects in Jamaica and the United States. Currently serving as a Managing Director specializing in luxury residential properties, Andrew oversees all project aspects, including scheduling and budget management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Management, showcasing his advanced knowledge and skills in the industry.

Rory Desilva –
Director of Investor Relations

Rory DeSilva has over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry focusing primarily on deal structuring and underwriting for single-family, multifamily and self-storage properties. He is currently a member of the Broward, Palm Beaches, and Saint Lucie County Realtors Association and has been involved in over $60 million worth of real estate developments and renovation projects. He has a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, and has a successful track record underpinned by a strong network of industry professionals and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.

Everod Davis –
Director of Strategy, Legal/Compliance

Everod brings an in-depth knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, and strategy execution. He has over 22 years of a diversified career portfolio in banking and finance, international business, and construction materials. After receiving degrees in international business and management he pursued careers in international business management, revenue management, and academia where he’s done extensive research analyzing real estate markets. A strategic consultant, he has been responsible for developing long range strategic forecasts, annual operating plans, organizational assessments, and complex models.

Ted Elliott –
Superintendent

Ted Elliott is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with over 16 years of experience in customer service. In 2022, he graduated as the top performer from the Skilled Trades College of Canada, specializing in home renovation. Ted’s extensive expertise encompasses various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, framing, drywall, insulation, flooring (tiling, hardwood, laminate), crown moulding, demolition, and more. Notably, Ted’s portfolio includes the successful single-family construction, showcasing his comprehensive capabilities. With a decade of dedicated experience in basement renovations, Ted is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence in shaping spaces with precision. As a Superintendent in construction, he brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Stacy-ann Walcott –
Director of Administrator & HR

Stacy-ann Walcott is a seasoned IT Support Specialist with over 16 years of experience. Holding a degree in Computer Science with Management Studies and a diploma in Business Administration, she is dedicated to providing a top-notch customer experience. As the Director of Administration and HR, Stacy-Ann combines technical expertise with strategic vision to efficiently manage administrative functions, fostering a positive workplace culture. Her commitment to excellence and leadership skills make her a valuable asset in the dynamic landscape of IT support and administration.

ROHAN KING-
Chief Executive Officer

Rohan King, a highly accomplished entrepreneur, possesses a wealth of experience across diverse industries, including wholesale food distribution, scrap metal export, meat importation, transportation, and real estate. Since 2013, he has been actively engaged in the real estate sector, serving clients in South Florida and Jamaica.
As a respected member of the Broward, Palm Beaches, and Saint Lucie County Realtors Association, alongside the
Jamaica Realtors Association, Rohan is celebrated for his adept negotiation skills and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, Rohan is a passionate advocate for real estate as a transformative force. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, he navigates clients through the intricacies of the buying and selling process, ensuring strategic and informed decisions for a successful investment journey.

Michael Brown –
Director of Finance

Michael Brown, currently serving as our Director of Finance, brings extensive expertise from the Financial
Services industry. With a focus on assessing risk and controls, he excels in providing creative and innovative solutions to effectively manage operations and drive growth. Michael holds the prestigious designations of  Certified Internal Auditor and a Fellow Chartered Accountant, attesting to his commitment to excellence in financial management. His rich experience and strategic acumen make him a key figure in our organization,
ensuring robust financial practices and fostering sustained growth. Michael dedication to optimizing financial processes underscores his role as a trusted leader in the finance domain.

Shaqueal Coote –
Site Manager

Shaqueal Coote, a seasoned veteran hailing from Ontario, Canada, served with distinction in the United States Marine Corps from January 2013 to June 2023. His extensive military career, highlighted by roles in aviation and leadership positions, has uniquely equipped him with valuable skills for success in the construction industry. Notably, Shaqueal excelled as a Fixed-wing Aircraft Powerplants Mechanic, rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant and serving as the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer for the F/A-18 Module section at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California. His proficiency extends beyond technical expertise, encompassing strategic
oversight, leadership development, and meticulous attention to detail. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and a background in training recruits, Shaqueal brings a disciplined and results-driven approach to his new endeavors in Real Estate development. His notable awards include the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
